Brand Overview:

Silayi Pret is a clothing brand based in Pakistan; they sell various Pakistani traditional apparel for women.

The Problem:

They started their business in April of 2019; at the early stages of the development of the brand, they had to do thorough research on what target market they should focus on to grow their brand locally. They approached us in May of 2019 to discuss their business idea with us.

The Solution:

Upon having a meeting with them, Our consultants decided that they urgently needed the following:

We created a preliminary report that included the complete analysis of the market they were getting into; the report was primarily focused on customer analysis, market trends, market size and most importantly, competitor analysis. With the help of the information provided, they were able to take the required steps to launch their brand successfully. After the launch, they generated a decent amount of sales but not enough to cover up the initial investment; to increase their revenue, they set a consultation meeting to update their marketing strategy to be more profitable. Using the tactics provided, they were able to grow their social media following to 100k followers on Instagram and over 15k on Facebook.
