Commercial fixtures like high-bays and troffers are attractive precisely because they carry a higher ASP per order and fewer, larger transactions than consumer bulbs, which lowers selling cost per dollar of revenue.
Model each stream separately, then stress-test the blend. A plan that assumes 45% gross margin from day one, before certification is complete and before the line is running above 60% utilisation, will not survive a lender's questions. Build in a realistic ramp and show the month the numbers turn.

A standard line of high-volume, price-competitive products such as downlights, panels and floodlights builds turnover and keeps the line busy. Your plan should quantify each segment: how many buyers exist in your region, what an average order looks like, the sales-cycle length, and the gross margin the segment supports. Staffing and supplier reliability
Early-stage plants usually run with a small skilled core: a line operator or two, a test and QA technician, a production supervisor and the founder covering engineering and sales. Supplier reliability sits alongside staffing as an operational risk, because a lighting manufacturer that single-sources a critical driver or LED package is one shortage away from a stalled line.
