ADC Business Plan - Case Study
ADC
How Avvale turned ADC’s decades of construction experience into a clear 14-page business plan and company profile built around services, project history, references, licences, and commercial credibility.

About ADC
Advance Design & Contractors, Inc. is an established Florida construction company operating across commercial and residential work. The document positioned ADC as a long-standing contractor with more than 47 years in business, over 442 commercial buildings completed, and more than 100 years of combined partner experience, supported by a broad delivery record across Central Florida and beyond.
Why the Business Needed a Stronger Case Study and Plan Narrative
ADC already had the experience, project history, and operational credibility. What it needed was a more structured document that clearly packaged those strengths into a business plan and company profile that stakeholders could review quickly. Rather than relying on generic claims, the final document needed to show exactly what ADC does, where it has delivered, what kinds of contracts it has handled, and why that track record matters commercially.
- Clarify ADC’s positioning as an established construction business, not a generic contractor profile
- Organise a wide service offering into a cleaner, more commercial narrative
- Show real proof points through projects, budgets, references, and licences
- Present decades of operating history in a more structured and credible format
- Create a document that could support client conversations, business development, and credibility-building
How We Built the Plan for ADC
Avvale reworked the document around the strongest parts of ADC’s actual business. Instead of framing it as a theory-heavy market document, we shaped it into a credibility-led business plan and company profile centered on operating history, service capability, project delivery, references, and licensing evidence.
The final 14-page plan brought together ADC’s company overview, service summary, project experience, reference base, licenses, and work history into one clear structure. That made the deliverable more commercially useful because it showed real capability through named examples and measurable proof points rather than broad, generic language.
A More Credible Business Document Built Around Real Proof
The finished plan gave ADC a much clearer business document to support its external positioning. It highlighted not just what the company says it can do, but what it has actually delivered. That included a broad service summary, municipal and commercial project examples, public and private sector references, licensing evidence, and a visible track record across Florida.
Some of the most important proof points in the document came through the featured project pages, including a $3.5 million City of Hollywood contract, a $1.5 million FDOT project, a $1.5 million-per-year City of Boca Raton engagement, and a $750,000-per-year Bal Harbour Village assignment. Together, these helped turn ADC’s experience into a more persuasive and commercially useful narrative.
A Stronger Credibility Asset
14 pages built around services, delivery history, references, licences, and project-backed proof points for an established construction business.
Established Businesses Need Proof, Not Generic Copy
For long-standing service businesses, the challenge is often not lack of experience. It is lack of structure. ADC already had the operating history, clients, and project delivery record. What the document needed was a sharper commercial presentation that made those strengths easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to use in real business conversations.
